Senior Technical Project Management
About the role
AI Labs, IronOne LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Project Management professional to lead and oversee the delivery of AI and technology projects. The role involves establishing project management practices, managing project portfolios, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, and aligning project execution with organizational strategy. Responsibilities include coordinating development operations, supporting Agile ceremonies, maintaining project tracking tools, preparing reports, managing risks, mentoring teams, and acting as a key stakeholder contact. The position requires strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with experience managing complex technology, software, AI, or data-related projects.
- Proven experience in leading project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and/or Waterfall.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environment.
Nice to have
- Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent is preferred.
