Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - (MS Dynamics CE)
About the role
This is a remote, interim Senior Quality Assurance Engineer position focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (MS Dynamics CE). The role involves leading the implementation of quality engineering and testing recommendations following an external review, including establishing governance models and testing frameworks. Key responsibilities include quality engineering governance, standardizing testing frameworks, ensuring requirements traceability, risk-based testing, Azure DevOps Test Management, and facilitating SIT/UAT readiness and handover. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with client teams, stakeholders, and vendors, with an emphasis on building sustainable quality practices.
Must have
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (MS Dynamics CE).
- Experience with ELMO, particularly application testing, business process validation, or system integration testing.
- Demonstrated experience establishing test governance, a quality engineering framework or organization-wide testing standards—not solely managing test execution.
- Proven experience implementing a risk-based testing approach and applying risk-based prioritization to testing activities.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans, including test management and execution workflows.
- Experience coordinating SIT and UAT with business users, project teams and third-party vendors.
- Experience defining test strategies or approaches for data migration and system integrations.
- Ability to coach teams, transfer knowledge and hand over a framework that can be operated sustainably by others.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, with strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with test environment management and test data management.
- Experience in member-based organizations, insurance, not-for-profit or similarly service-oriented environments.
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification or an equivalent recognized testing/quality qualification.

Highlights
This is a remote, three-month contract role. The position is open to experienced professionals able to work closely with international clients and multiple stakeholders. ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification is desirable but not required.
