Visiting lecturer - AI leadership & Business Productivity Trainer
About the role
Inspire College is seeking experienced industry professionals to join as part-time lecturers for their AI Leadership & Business Productivity Mastery programme. This is a practical, online, 3-month course aimed at team leaders, managers, and directors, focusing on real-world applications of AI to improve business productivity, communication, analytics, automation, and organisational adoption. Lecturers will deliver engaging, hands-on sessions, demonstrate AI tools, facilitate practical activities, and guide participants in applying AI to workplace challenges. Applicants should have strong practical experience in AI, business analytics, automation, or related fields, and be able to clearly explain concepts to non-technical business professionals. Significant professional experience and the ability to bring real-world examples into the classroom are highly valued.
Must have
- Strong practical experience in AI, digital transformation, business analytics, automation, productivity or a relevant specialist area.
- Demonstrable experience using relevant AI tools and platforms in professional or business environments.
- The ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical and semi-technical business professionals.
- Strong understanding of practical business applications of AI.
- Experience implementing, using or advising on AI solutions in an organisational environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to facilitate interactive online learning.
- A practical, solution-oriented approach to teaching and training.
- An understanding of responsible AI, data protection, confidentiality and human oversight.
- A relevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
- Significant professional experience in the relevant specialist area.
Nice to have
- Experience working with business leaders, managers or professional teams is an advantage.
- Previous experience delivering corporate training, workshops, professional development programmes or higher education is desirable.
- Industry certifications related to AI, Microsoft, analytics, automation or other relevant technologies will be an advantage.
