Senior Project Manager
About the role
The Senior Project Manager role involves managing web projects for international clients, coordinating between clients and internal web teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. The position requires overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and delivery, while maintaining effective communication and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in web project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and a good understanding of web technologies. The role is fully onsite in Sri Lanka and requires working US business hours to interact with international clients.
Must have
- 3–6 years of experience in web project management, project coordination, client management, implementation, technical support, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of web technologies, web-based solutions, or web integrations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with both clients and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks and resolving issues.
- Willingness to work US business hours and interact directly with international clients is essential.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working directly with international/foreign clients is highly preferred.
