Associate Functional Consultant – ERP Solutions
About the role
The Associate Functional Consultant – ERP Solutions will support the implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support of ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage 300, and Sage Intacct. The role involves working closely with clients to understand and document business requirements, participate in ERP projects, configure solutions, conduct user training, and provide end-user support. The consultant will also assist with solution testing, documentation, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. The position offers opportunities to work on digital transformation projects across various industries and supports professional growth within a dynamic technology company.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, business consulting, finance, or related functional roles.
- Good understanding of finance, accounting principles, and end-to-end business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business applications.
Nice to have
- Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage 300, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, IFS, Infor, Acumatica, Dynamics NAV/AX, or similar systems would be an advantage.
