Project Managers – Web Projects (US Client Operations)
About the role
eBEYONDS is expanding its BPO operations and is seeking experienced Project Managers for web projects to manage website development and digital web projects for US-based clients. The role involves end-to-end project management, acting as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. Candidates should have significant experience in web project management, a strong understanding of web technologies and CMS platforms, and the ability to communicate confidently with international clients. The position is fully on-site and requires working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Must have
- 4–8 years of experience in web project management, website development project coordination, or digital project delivery.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end website development, website redesign, or CMS-based projects is essential.
- Direct experience handling US-based or international clients, including conducting client meetings, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar systems, and responsive web design.
- Good knowledge of website development lifecycles, UI/UX processes, quality assurance, website deployment, and project management methodologies.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, client management, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate independently with international clients.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple web projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work fully on-site during night-shift hours aligned with US business hours is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with US-based clients during US business hours would be an added advantage.
