About the role
The IT Executive at Naratha Agro Industries (Pvt) Ltd will be responsible for supporting and maintaining ERP, HRM, SFA, and Office 365 systems, assisting with user and data management, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and applications. The role also involves maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals, assisting with installation and configuration of devices, and monitoring and maintaining network connectivity and performance. The position is based in Kandana and is open to candidates below 25 years of age.
Must have
- Knowledge in ERP, HRM, SFA and Office 365.
- Hardware knowledge (PC, peripherals, installation, troubleshooting).
- Network knowledge (LAN/WAN, connectivity, basic security).
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Age below 25 years.
