Junior Executive Information Technology
About the role
The Junior Executive Information Technology role involves supporting the company's ERP and POS systems, maintaining Microsoft Azure cloud services, and providing day-to-day IT support across multiple branches. Key responsibilities include coordinating with software and cloud vendors, assisting with server and network maintenance, monitoring endpoint security, supporting stock control, maintaining IT asset inventory, responding to user requests, managing the CCTV system, and preparing monthly reports on system issues and usage. Candidates should have a Higher Diploma in IT or equivalent, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and skills in IT troubleshooting, inventory management, vendor coordination, basic cybersecurity, and good communication. The position may require travel to company branches.
Must have
- Higher Diploma in IT or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience in IT troubleshooting inventory management and vendor coordination
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT best practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to branches when required.

- Vendor certifications will be an added advantage.
