About the role
The Call Centre Associate position is aimed at enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-oriented male candidates, particularly freshers, to join a customer service team in Colombo 02. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, responding to inquiries, assisting with requests and complaints, maintaining records, and coordinating with departments to resolve issues. Full training is provided to the selected candidate, making it an excellent opportunity for those starting their careers in customer service.
Must have
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) or Advanced Level (A/L) qualifications.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Highlights
