Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in process optimization, data analysis, or risk operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Proficiency with Power Query, complex nested logic, pivot tables, and VBA/macro development.
- Basic Python knowledge: Practical capability to write and execute scripts for data manipulation (Pandas, CSV handling, basic data cleanup).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for workflow tracking.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
Nice to have
- Background in iGaming, e-commerce, fintech, or payment processing operations.
- Operational familiarity with risk tools (e.g., SEON, fraud scoring engines, or internal back-office admin systems).
- Exposure to basic SQL queries for reporting purposes.
- Experience creating operational dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
