About the role
The Software Engineer – Full Stack role involves designing and developing production-grade enterprise applications, working across both backend and frontend technologies. Key responsibilities include building RESTful APIs and microservices, developing with Node.js or Java on the backend, and using JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js on the frontend. The role also requires experience with relational and NoSQL databases, AWS cloud services, DevOps practices, and familiarity with TDD and Agile methodologies. The position is suitable for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience developing production grade enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with backend development using Node.js (Express.js) and/or Java (Spring Boot).
- Experience with frontend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React.js, and Next.js, with a good understanding of frontend state management and asynchronous data handling.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, including database design, querying, and performance optimization.
- Extensive knowledge of AWS cloud services, including experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications using services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and related DevOps services.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control systems.
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Quality Engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with Scrum Agile delivery methodologies.
