About the role

This is a 6-month contract position for a Senior User Experience Designer (Senior UX Engineer) focused on creating exceptional digital experiences using modern design tools and AI-powered workflows. The role involves leading the design and development of user-friendly digital products, translating business and user needs into effective UX solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, maintaining design systems, leveraging AI tools, conducting usability testing, and ensuring accessibility and consistency across platforms. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, proven UX experience, strong Figma skills, practical experience with Claude AI, and knowledge of front-end technologies. A portfolio of UX projects is highly desirable.

Must have

Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in UX Engineering, UX Design, or a related role.
Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including prototyping, components, and design systems.
Practical knowledge and experience using Claude AI to support UX workflows, design exploration, prototyping, and problem-solving.
Understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

A portfolio showcasing relevant UX projects is highly desirable.
