About the role
The Senior Business Analyst โ Sales will join the Colombo onsite team of a leading UK property law firm, focusing on delivering regular sales and commercial performance reports, developing dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI and CRM platforms, and supporting CRM administration. The role involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, building relationships with sales stakeholders, preparing business process reports, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. Candidates should have 3โ5 years of relevant analytical experience, strong Power BI and CRM skills, and the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
Must have
- 3โ5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Proven experience working closely with sales or commercial teams to provide performance insights and support business decision-making.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and dashboard development.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable commercial insights.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of sales performance metrics and business processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- A degree or professional qualification in Business, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline would be an added advantage.
