Associate Quality Assurance Engineer
About the role
The Associate Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for preparing test scenarios and cases based on business and technical requirements, executing various types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, and system testing, and documenting and tracking software defects. The role involves close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and other team members to resolve issues, as well as supporting User Acceptance Testing and release activities. The position also includes maintaining testing documentation and contributing to the improvement of QA processes.
Must have
- A degree or diploma in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
Nice to have
- 1–2 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing would be an advantage.
