Associate Project Manager (3 – 6 months Project)
About the role
The Associate Project Manager will coordinate software development project lifecycles, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software projects. Responsibilities include managing sprint activities, facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking project milestones, and serving as the main point of contact for project updates. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in IT/software project management, proven Agile/Scrum experience, and strong English communication skills. The position is a 3-to-6-month full-time contract based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with the possibility of onsite or hybrid work. Must have
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT/Software Project Management.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments for software development projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time onsite or Hybrid mode in Colombo, Sri Lanka for the 3–6 month contract duration.
Nice to have
- Prior working experience as a Business Analyst (BA) is highly preferred.
- Direct experience managing or communicating with international clients is a major advantage.
