Junior IT Executive
About the role
The Junior IT Executive will provide IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues at the head office in Nawala. Key responsibilities include installing and maintaining computers and IT equipment, troubleshooting user issues, maintaining IT asset records, assisting with system updates and backups, supporting firewall and antivirus solutions, and coordinating with vendors and senior IT staff. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience, a diploma or degree in IT or a related field, and basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and networking concepts. Must have
- Prior 1-2 years of experience
- Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science or a related field
