Intern - Workflow and Process Automation
About the role
This internship position at Delmege focuses on workflow and process automation. The intern will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from departments, mapping business processes, configuring forms and notifications, performing workflow testing, and supporting user training and workflow implementation. The role is ideal for undergraduates or diploma holders in IT, BIS, or related fields, and requires knowledge of workflow automation tools, SQL, APIs, and business processes. Must have
- Undergraduate or Diploma holder in IT, BIS or related field.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or n8n.
- Basic understanding of SQL, APIs and business processes.
- Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.
- Passion for process improvement and digital transformation.
