Assistant Branch Manager
About the role
The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the newly opened branch in Colombo 3, focusing on digital printing and graphic design. Key responsibilities include overseeing branch operations, coordinating customer requirements, ensuring timely and accurate job completion, maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and customer service, and motivating and guiding a young production team. The role requires leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of digital printing, print finishing, and graphic design. Must have
- Should possess graphic design skills, knowledge on digital printing and print finishing
- Possess excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Be able to motivate, guide and develop a young production team
- Coordinate customer requirements and ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain high standards of quality, productivity and customer service
- Be responsible, proactive and capable of managing the branch’s day-to-day operations independently
Nice to have
- Previous experience in digital printing, graphic design, print production or a related supervisory role would be an advantage
