Customer Support Engineer
About the role
The Customer Support Engineer at Softlogic Computers (Pvt.) Ltd will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware and peripherals, including PCs, laptops, printers, UPS systems, and other IT equipment. The role involves providing timely and effective technical support to end users, performing preventive maintenance, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and ensuring excellent customer service and communication. Candidates should have relevant IT qualifications and experience, and will be part of a team supporting technology operations in Galle.
Must have
- GCE O/L qualification with a full or part qualification in IT, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing IT hardware, including PCs, printers, UPS systems, and related peripherals.
- Should possess motor cycle and hold valid riding license.
- Excellent interpersonal and Customer care skills. Collaborative mindset. Hands-on problem-solving ability.
