About the role
The Head of Consulting & Business Transformation is responsible for managing projects from strategy and planning through execution, ensuring quality outcomes and measurable business value. The role involves assessing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, designing solutions to enhance efficiency, and building trusted relationships with international clients and senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading client presentations and workshops, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and fostering a consulting mindset across teams. The position requires significant experience in consulting, project management, and business transformation, as well as strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Must have
- Minimum 10 - 12 years of proven experience in consulting, project management, business transformation, or process improvement.
- Strong expertise in project and process management, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- International work experience and exposure to global clients, ideally working with teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence and presence to engage with senior executives and present complex ideas in a clear, compelling, and structured manner.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills, with the ability to turn business challenges into actionable solutions.
- A proactive, strategic, and hands-on leader who can influence, collaborate, and drive results.
