Environmental, Health and Safety Manager
About the role
Renrui Lanka is hiring an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee EHS management systems and quality assurance for telecommunications infrastructure projects and service delivery operations. The role involves developing and maintaining EHS policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing contractor safety, investigating incidents, and supporting pre-sales activities. The manager will also oversee quality management for project delivery, establish quality standards, monitor service performance, and lead investigations into network issues. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of EHS management experience.
Must have
- A degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) activities.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety management systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in telecommunications infrastructure, construction, electrical installations, or other high-risk work environments would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant health and safety standards would be an added advantage.
