Technical Support Officer
About the role
Aiken (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Officer to provide technical support for banking and cash-handling equipment, including cash counting machines, ATMs, and related products. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, diagnosing technical issues, minimizing customer downtime, conducting installations and preventive maintenance, and maintaining professional communication and records. The ideal candidate should have a relevant qualification in electronics, computer hardware, IT, or a related field, and knowledge of Windows OS, antivirus software, and MS Office. The position is open to candidates aged 20–35 years, with basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking and a valid driving license considered advantageous.
Must have
- NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Computer Hardware, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, antivirus software, and MS Office.
- Age 20–35 years.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking will be an added advantage.
- A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
