The Assurance Staff (AOA/SAE) role involves supporting global engagement teams with project coordination, reporting, stakeholder management, business analysis, and engagement support activities. Key responsibilities include supporting assurance projects, coordinating with international stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations, tracking project milestones and risks, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have a B.Com or BBA degree, 0-1 year of operations or business experience, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and be detail-oriented with strong coordination and multitasking abilities. The position is based in Sri Lanka.
