About the role
Mandara Hotels is seeking a dedicated and technically competent IT Executive to join their Head Office team and oversee overall IT operations across the group, including all properties. The role involves maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations, coordinating with hotel departments and external vendors, and ensuring seamless IT services in a dynamic hospitality environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring effective resolution across all properties. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.
Must have
- We are looking for an energetic and technically competent IT professional with a passion for technology and a commitment to maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations across the Head Office and all hotel properties.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, computer networks, hardware, software, systems, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with hotel departments, Head Office, external IT service providers, and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Ability to oversee and monitor IT operations across all properties, identify technical issues, and ensure prompt and effective resolution.
