Junior Creative Designer
About the role
JCA Global Private Limited is seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join their team in Maharagama, Sri Lanka. The role involves designing social media posts, digital ads, and promotional materials, creating visual content that adheres to brand guidelines, editing and producing videos, and supporting digital marketing campaigns and Meta advertising creatives. Candidates should be creative, motivated, and able to stay updated with social media trends while delivering quality work on time. The position is full-time and welcomes freshers with a strong portfolio.
Must have
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects or similar tools).
- Understanding of digital marketing and Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Knowledge of social media trends, content formats, and viral content styles.
- A good eye for typography, colours, and composition.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome!
