About the role
The Manager - SAP at Teejay Lanka PLC will lead the SAP applications team, ensuring the effective operation and strategic alignment of SAP systems (ERP, S/4HANA, Basis, custom developments, and functional modules) to support core business functions such as production planning, supply chain, finance, and plant maintenance. The role involves overseeing SAP system performance, managing incidents and enhancements, leading SAP projects and upgrades, and ensuring effective governance and change management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP modules, experience in manufacturing environments, proven leadership in SAP teams, and hands-on experience with SAP implementations and migrations.
Must have
- Strong expertise in SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, FI/CO, PM) with knowledge of ABAP and Basis administration.
- Experience in SAP solutions within a manufacturing environment, including production and supply chain processes.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional SAP teams.
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
