About the role

The Quality Engineering Lead will be responsible for defining and driving the overall Quality Engineering strategy, ensuring it aligns with business and technology objectives. The role involves leading test planning, quality reviews, risk assessments, and release readiness activities across multiple projects and teams. The position requires designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, establishing automation-first testing practices, and driving the adoption of AI-assisted testing solutions. The Lead will also define and monitor key quality metrics, collaborate with various stakeholders, lead release governance activities, and mentor a team of Quality Engineers. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Quality Engineering, particularly in leadership roles, and a strong background in test automation, data quality testing, and performance engineering.
