About the role

The position is for a motivated and well-organized Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management. The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation to delivery, developing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. The Project Manager will also facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, support requirement gathering, and use project management tools such as Jira. The role is contract-based, on-site, and involves working with a reputed company on client assignments. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree and strong communication and organizational skills.

Must have

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, software delivery, or a similar role.
Experience working with software development or IT projects will be highly advantageous.
Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software delivery processes.
Project management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
