Executive - IT
About the role
The Executive - IT role at Richardson Projects (Pvt) Ltd. involves providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring effective resolution of support requests. The position is responsible for implementing and monitoring IT security protocols, managing IT support tickets, monitoring system availability, and coordinating with external service providers. Candidates are expected to assist with IT upgrades, maintain asset inventories, support data backup and business continuity, and follow established IT policies and procedures. The role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and practical knowledge of operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity. Must have
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, help desk operations, or a similar technical support role.
- Practical knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, hardware, software applications, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Experience with IT service management tools, ticketing systems, inventory management, and enterprise IT environments.
- Knowledge of backup systems, disaster recovery procedures, and security patch management.
Nice to have
- Industry certifications such as CCNA or Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
