Telecom Software Implementation Consultant (Java, Web Services, Databases, Windows Server)
About the role
The Telecom Software Implementation Consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end customer implementation projects in telecom environments, working closely with both customers and internal teams. The role involves managing project delivery from initiation to go-live, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, configuring and deploying applications, supporting testing and production deployments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. The company is a fast-growing technology firm based in Singapore, serving major clients in banking, telecommunications, and hospitality, with a focus on digital transformation and customer engagement platforms. Must have
- 5+ years experience in Telecommunication projects (mandatory)
- Experience in Java / .NET (C#, VB.NET), Web Services
- Hands-on with application servers: Tomcat / WebLogic / WebSphere
- Strong experience with Oracle / MS SQL databases
- Windows server support experience

- Avaya Experience Portal / MPP / AES / TSAPI
- IVR tools (Avaya Orchestration Designer)
- UNIX / Linux exposure
- Strong programming knowledge in Java / C / C++
