About the role
The Assistant System Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of IT systems, servers, and network devices. Key duties include managing user access and permissions, monitoring security threats, supporting security audits, and ensuring optimal system performance and reliability. Candidates should have a relevant diploma, certificate, or NVQ Level 04 in IT, or Advanced Level with three subjects or a related area from a recognized institution, along with 1-2 years of experience in the field. The position is with Colombo Lotus Tower.
Must have
- Diploma /Certificate Course / NVQ Level 04 in IT and Advanced Level with 03 subjects or a related to the subject area from a university or institute.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Assist in maintaining IT systems, servers, and network devices, managing user access and permissions, monitoring security threats, supporting security audits, and ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
