Senior AI/ML Engineer
About the role
This role is for Senior AI/ML Engineers who are passionate about building and deploying real-world AI solutions, particularly for fast-moving global startups. The position involves architecting and developing advanced AI systems, including LLM inference flows, embeddings pipelines, RAG architectures, and integrating tools like LangChain and LangGraph with vector databases and LLM runtimes. The engineer will also implement graph reasoning layers, build multi-agent communication pipelines, and collaborate with research teams to operationalize experiments. The role emphasizes engineering excellence, including documentation, testing, security, and code quality, and offers hands-on exposure to applied AI, MLOps, and cloud deployment in an international, innovative environment.
Must have
- Strong experience with LLM systems, embeddings, RAG flows, and inference pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, and agent orchestration tools.
- Deep knowledge of vector databases and graph reasoning systems.
- Expertise in designing distributed, AI-integrated software architectures.
- Strong engineering discipline, documentation, and secure code practices.
- Comfort working in experimental and research-first engineering environments.
- Strong experience in React/Next.js (Frontend) or Python/Node.js (Backend) is required. Proficiency in both will be considered a significant advantage, in addition to the AI-focused skill set outlined above.
