ITIL Foundation (Version 5) Trainer

About the role

The ITIL Foundation (Version 5) Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions on ITIL Foundation (Version 5), explain key ITIL concepts and service management practices, and cover product and service lifecycle, value system, and guiding principles. The role also involves introducing value stream mapping, process improvement, and AI in ITSM, as well as facilitating practical exercises and exam preparation. Candidates should have ITIL certification (Version 5 preferred or equivalent), proven experience in ITIL/ITSM training, and a strong understanding of service management, governance, and continual improvement. Familiarity with AI, automation, and modern ITSM practices, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, are required. The position is with XPAND, a company specializing in IT team expansion and outsourcing.
