Business Analyst / Associate Business Analyst
About the role
This role is for a Business Analyst or Associate Business Analyst who will act as a bridge between global clients and technology teams, helping deliver real solutions for clients. Responsibilities include working closely with U.S. clients to understand business requirements, analyzing processes, gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with development, QA, and DevOps teams, supporting testing and training, and providing ongoing client support. The position offers opportunities for career growth, working with global clients, and training and certification support within a collaborative team culture.
Must have
- Business Analyst: 2+ years of experience in business analysis (systems / IT environment preferred).
- Associate Business Analyst: 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory) to work with U.S. clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate to technical requirements.
- Good documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
Nice to have
- Experience in Managed Services or multi-client environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools is an advantage.
