About the role
This is a 6-month Software Engineering Internship at Zebra Technologies in Sri Lanka, focused on developing, testing, and troubleshooting non-Windows SDKs and utility tools for platforms such as Android, iOS, and Linux. Interns will participate in Agile development processes, collaborate with senior engineers, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise-grade hardware and advanced data capture solutions. Must have
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge in object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Swift, C++, or Python).
- Familiarity with non-Windows operating systems (Android, iOS, or Linux) is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
