About the role
The Junior Content Capture Analyst – Web Scraping at CUBE is a hands-on technical role focused on developing and maintaining web scraping solutions to extract structured data from HTML-based websites. The position involves working with C#/.NET tools, handling complex websites, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring high data accuracy and quality. The analyst will collaborate with experienced team members, participate in daily stand-ups, and contribute to automation and performance improvements. CUBE is a global RegTech company serving financial institutions with AI-powered SaaS solutions for regulatory intelligence, offering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Must have
- 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience (internships and academic projects welcome)
- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web structures
- Programming experience in C# and/or .NET; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus
- Understanding of web scraping concepts, data extraction techniques, and content processing
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong task-management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adopt AI tools to support automation and process improvement
Nice to have
- Experience handling websites with dynamic content, different languages, or access restrictions (geo-blocking, CAPTCHA, Cloudflare)
- Familiarity with performance optimisation, debugging, and data retrieval techniques
- Exposure to Jira, Power BI, or similar project/reporting tools
- Background in FinTech, BPO/BPM, IT Services, SaaS, or Publishing & Digital Content
