Associate - Business Analyst
About the role
As an Associate Business Analyst at Logistix360 in Kelaniya, you will act as a bridge between clients and developers, focusing on translating operational problems into actionable requirements. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing BRDs and process flows, translating requirements into user stories, supporting testing and client onboarding, and keeping stakeholders updated on project progress. Candidates should have a degree in IT, business, engineering, or a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with documentation tools and an interest in logistics or SaaS platforms are advantageous. Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
Must have
- A degree in IT, business, engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and take ownership of projects.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with documentation, process mapping or tools like Zoho Sprints, Trello, Draw IO or Figma is a plus.
- Curiosity about logistics, transport management or SaaS platforms.

Highlights
