About the role

DIMIYA Tech is seeking an experienced Front End Developer with strong React and advanced CSS skills to join their team and contribute to a large-scale enterprise digital platform. The role involves developing and maintaining modern front-end applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, building web experiences with Contentful CMS, and translating Figma/UI designs into responsive, high-quality interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for UI detail, a strong understanding of accessibility standards, and experience with performance optimization. The position is fully remote but requires working full-time during Australian Eastern Standard Time hours. DIMIYA Tech is a technology services provider working with clients across Australia and international markets.

Must have

Strong commercial experience with React
Strong JavaScript and TypeScript
Advanced HTML5 / CSS3 / SCSS
Excellent responsive and mobile-first development skills
Strong understanding of CSS layouts including Flexbox and CSS Grid
Experience building reusable component-based user interfaces
Ability to accurately translate Figma/design specifications into production UI
Strong cross-browser development knowledge
Understanding of accessibility and WCAG
Front-end performance optimisation and Core Web Vitals
Git and modern development workflows

Nice to have

Experience with Contentful CMS is beneficial or other CMS platform experience
Netlify

Experience working on large-scale or high-traffic consumer websites
Automated front-end testing experience
