Associate Client Solutions Manager
About the role
Aleph is seeking an Associate Client Solutions Manager to join their team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The role involves serving as the main point of contact for advertisers and agencies, developing strategic TikTok advertising recommendations, supporting the sales team throughout the campaign lifecycle, and ensuring successful implementation of TikTok advertising solutions. The position also requires delivering performance reviews, educating clients on TikTok products and best practices, troubleshooting campaign issues, and identifying opportunities for client growth. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising or related fields, strong understanding of digital and social media advertising, excellent communication and project management skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Must have
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, agency, platform, or client servicing roles.
- Strong understanding of digital media, social media advertising, and performance marketing principles.
- Experience managing relationships with advertisers, agencies, or key business stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager or similar advertising platforms is preferred.
- Experience working with leading Sri Lankan brands and media agencies will be an advantage.
