About the role
The Senior Manager - Web & Digital Business Solutions will lead eBEYONDS’ Web & Digital Business Solutions vertical, overseeing websites, eCommerce, booking platforms, web applications, and Digital Presence Management services. The role involves driving revenue and portfolio growth, leading solution planning and proposal reviews, overseeing project delivery and commercial performance, managing strategic client relationships, and developing multidisciplinary digital teams. Candidates should have significant experience in web, digital solutions, or technology services, with a strong background in senior management, commercial delivery, and international client management. The position requires excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, as well as a sound understanding of web platforms, integrations, cloud, security, SEO, and analytics.
Must have
- 10+ years of experience in web, digital solutions, eCommerce or technology services
- 4+ years in a senior management or leadership role
- Strong commercial, delivery and international client-management experience
- Sound understanding of web platforms, integrations, cloud, security, SEO and analytics
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills
