Finance Manager - Sri Lanka
About the role
The Finance Manager / Accountant will oversee ICT's financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities for APAC markets. The role involves managing bookkeeping, vendor payments, budgeting, financial forecasting, and ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, conducting reconciliations, maintaining payment schedules, and coordinating with auditors and banking partners. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or certification, several years of experience, and strong skills in accounting software and Excel. Experience in multinational or APAC environments is preferred.
Must have
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CA certifications.
- 4-7+ years of accounting or finance experience.
- Strong command of accounting software and Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and professionalism.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask remotely.
- Strong integrity and confidentiality.
Nice to have
- Experience in multinational or APAC environments is preferred.
