About the role
EgoTECHworld is seeking a Web Developer to join their team in a full-time remote capacity. The role involves building, enhancing, and maintaining web applications and websites that support the company's technical and business goals. Responsibilities include developing responsive user interfaces, implementing back-end logic and APIs, integrating databases and third-party services, and optimizing for performance and security. The Web Developer will collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers, troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices. Candidates should have skills in both front-end and back-end web development, with experience in modern web technologies considered beneficial. Must have
- Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Web Design to create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming to build reliable server-side functionality and integrations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Development to manage end-to-end implementation, deployment, and maintenance of web solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, RESTful APIs, version control such as Git) is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting are desirable.
- A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and prior experience in professional web development, are advantageous.
