Trainee / Associate ERP Consultant (Acumatica Cloud ERP – Finance & IT Graduates)
About the role
Wisdom RecruitmentS is recruiting high-potential Finance, Accounting, and IT graduates in Sri Lanka for a Trainee / Associate ERP Consultant position with an Australian Cloud ERP advisory consultancy. The role offers a fully sponsored pathway to becoming an internationally certified Acumatica Cloud ERP Business Consultant, including structured learning, official certification exams, and hands-on experience with live Australian client projects. Key responsibilities include mastering Acumatica modules, mapping business processes, supporting implementations, and engaging with clients. Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications, strong analytical and communication skills, and a high level of motivation and adaptability.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA / ACCA / ACA operational levels).
- Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and a solid grasp of basic business/accounting processes.
- Confident verbal and written English skills for direct collaboration with international project teams and clients.
- High self-motivation, eagerness to learn enterprise software, and commitment to achieving global ERP certifications.

Highlights
The position is 100% remote within Sri Lanka, working standard Sri Lankan business hours with some overlap for Australian client meetings. Compensation includes a fixed monthly base retainer during training and variable project-based pay after assignment to client implementations. All training materials and certification exam attempts are fully sponsored by the company.
