About the role
Dialog Finance is seeking a Fintech Trainee in Analytics & AI to work on real business challenges involving data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. The role involves preparing, cleaning, and analyzing data, developing dashboards and reports, assisting in building predictive models, supporting data governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates will gain hands-on experience, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment. Applicants should be currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree and possess analytical, communication, and technical skills.
Must have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a passion for learning.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, databases, machine learning, AI, or data engineering concepts will be an advantage.
