Technical Lead – AI/ML & Full-Stack Development
About the role
The Technical Lead – AI/ML & Full-Stack Development will lead the design and development of scalable, AI-powered applications and intelligent workflow automation solutions. Responsibilities include building AI-powered automation modules, developing LLM-based applications, leading microservices and event-driven architectures, and mentoring developers and AI engineers. The role requires strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and full-stack development, with hands-on experience in relevant frameworks and cloud platforms. Must have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML and full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and AI-powered applications.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, Haystack, LangGraph, MCP, and RAG-based solutions.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Neo4j.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, and TypeScript, with knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience in microservices, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), DevOps, MLOps, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of semantic search, AI-powered data retrieval, and model deployment.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered chatbots and IVR automation.
- Familiarity with AI monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience optimizing real-time AI applications using WebSockets and analytics.
