About the role
Cilk Software Solutions is hiring for Senior Software Engineer (SSE) and Technical Lead (TL) positions to join their dynamic team focused on building innovative software solutions for a global audience. The roles involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies, with opportunities to work on challenging enterprise projects and exposure to international clients. Candidates will participate in solution architecture, ensure code quality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and troubleshoot production issues. Technical Leads will also provide technical guidance, manage code reviews, and drive engineering excellence. Must have
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.js.
- Expertise in database design, API integrations and enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proven experience leading development teams and technical delivery.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and application security.
- Ability to mentor engineers and coordinate technical delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure / AWS (added advantage)
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-assisted development, modern AI frameworks (added advantage)
