About the role
Creative Information Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Technical Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in Colombo. The position involves performing day-to-day maintenance tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, installing new equipment, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have relevant technical experience, strong communication skills in English and Sinhala, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. The company is a multi-solution provider in the IT sector with over 18 years of experience, supplying a range of computer and electronic products. Must have
- Age above 28 - 45 years.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the technical field.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with maintenance and installation of equipment.

- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in using technical tools and equipment.
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Nice to have
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
