About the role
The Solutions Architect - OSS/BSS will support the availability, performance, and continuous improvement of Mobitel’s Charging and related telecom platforms. The role involves managing the operation of the Online Charging System (OCS), including configuration, product implementation, updates, patches, and availability management. Key responsibilities include participating in incident and problem management, developing architecture documentation, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading system integration projects. The position requires collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in OSS/BSS operations and maintenance, specifically in Charging, Mediation, Provisioning, Roaming & Settlement, or Billing systems.
- Strong knowledge of OSS/BSS configurations, integrations, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in telecom network elements, CAMEL and Diameter protocols, and related interfaces.
- Hands-on experience in UNIX scripting and Oracle databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of API design (REST/SOAP), ESB, middleware, and microservices architecture.
- Experience integrating OSS/BSS platforms with network and third-party systems.
