Associate Lead - Business Analyst
About the role
The Associate Lead - Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business and development teams, managing stakeholder communication and understanding business contexts through client interaction and research. The role involves analyzing requirements, designing solutions, documenting and managing requirements, and supporting development teams in clarifying needs. The position also includes mentoring junior analysts, conducting workshops, and ensuring that developed features align with business objectives. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, experience in business analysis within agile environments, and a background in the banking domain. A bachelor's degree in business management or IT and at least five years of relevant experience are required.
Must have
- Sound level of analytical, writing and communication skills
- Experienced in collaborating with remote and global teams
- Good understanding of planning and monitoring of Business Analysis activities
- Experienced in deriving, analyzing and evaluating business solutions
- Good understanding of concepts analysis approach, stakeholder management and requirement management within an agile environment.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Skills in stakeholder management
- Basic negotiation and management skills
- Sound understanding of requirement documentation and management
- Drive for achieving results
- 4 or more years of banking domain experience
- Fluent with AI tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of business management or Information Technology
- Five or more years of experience in executing Business Analyst activities
