Senior / Lead IFS HCM Consultant (IGT1)
About the role
The Senior / Lead IFS HCM Consultant at IGT1 will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes in IFS Cloud. The role covers the full HR workstream, from solution design and configuration to Go-Live, hypercare, and ongoing post-implementation support. Key responsibilities include leading HR Fit-to-Standard workshops, configuring HCM modules (such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Leave Management), supporting payroll configuration and statutory compliance, driving HR data migration and validation, supporting integrations, leading testing and Go-Live activities, and providing advanced support and continuous improvement. The consultant will also engage with HR leadership and manage stakeholder expectations. The position is embedded within international client teams, contributing to enterprise-level initiatives.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years ERP HR/HCM consulting experience
- Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
- Strong knowledge of: HR processes (hire-to-retire lifecycle)
- Strong knowledge of: Payroll and statutory compliance
- Experience in data migration, payroll testing, and Go-Live support
- Strong stakeholder engagement and training capability
- The role involves travel to customer sites to support client engagements, project delivery, stakeholder meetings, and other business requirements. Candidates must be willing and able to travel internationally as required by the role.
